WHY ARE WE AFRAID OF LOVE?

Why are we afraid of love,
What's to fear from peace?
You know we have the power now
To make the fires cease.

Fear and hatred hold us back
When we must move ahead,
Open up our minds and hearts
And turn toward love instead.
