You’ve helped me ground into my roots
And reach into my branches
You’ve opened me to opportunities
Of choice and taking chances.
My Heart speaks revelations that
My Mind but listens to.
With every fiber of my being
I declare my love for you.
Your love does not eclipse my path - -
The vocation I am foll’wing.
Your love brandishes wings for me
To rise to my life’s calling.
The heights and depths I soar and plum
Seem more than I can handle
Yet you clear the doubts and dark,
Lit by a single candle.
Now rest, I can, upon our hearts
That tame concerns infernal
For in this moment I have touched
And know this Love eternal.
